Job Responsibility MANAGER PRODUKSI SEWING (Jawa Tengah):

Qualification :

• Candidate must be possess at least SMA/K
• At least 10 years of working experience in garment manufacture
• Experience handling factory with huge amount line production
• Good analytical and communication skill
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Excelent time management and organizational skill
• Ready to placement at Boyolali

Job Descriptions:

• Manage manpower and material resource to meet production target
• Checking and responsibilty output sewing, RFT and efficiency
• Checking and responsibility daily problem report at production
• Learn and make improvements continue all process in the work area and department relationship management
• Determine the production line working overtime plan
• Check the garment in line inspection report issue of the QC buyer and give instruction to production teams
