Job Responsibility Merchandising Supervisor (Beverage):

Job Description:

• Responsible for the performance and discipline (standard grooming, attendance, application usage) of Merchandiser and Team Leader.
• Responsible for the sampling and marketing program in the outlet handled.
• Check on the claim for product samples made by Merchandiser and Team Leader.
• Create and maintain analysis reports on competitor marketing activities (Marketing Intelligence).

Requirement:

• Max 28 years old
• Bachelor's degree in all major (Management / Engineering are preferred), Min. GPA 3.000
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Interested in Wine and Beverage Division
• Excellent communication, leader, and self-discipline
