Working Hours: Office Hours

Requirements:

1. 21 - 25 years old.
2. Min. Graduated from Vocational High School (SMK), Majoring Accounting / Office Administration is advantage.
3. Computer Skills: Can operate Microsoft Office 365 (Ms.Excel).
4. Meticulous and has an eye for detail
5. Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
6. Good communication
7. Work from office Monday to Friday

Job Description:

1. To keep update the list and do the filing of VAT documents
2. Filling documents
3. To assist Accounting & Finance Team for Administration tasks
4. Check & Record WHT art 23/26
5. Check Tax Invoice (VAT IN) from Vendor Invoice
6. Other related task assigned by Management
