What you will do

• Preparing & coordinating with business, product, course, marketplace intensively to make sure upcoming course production running smoothly
• Input course materials into LMS Cakap
• Providing administration support for running or upcoming class & course submission & revision
• Assisting trainer on a webinar or offline class
• Coordinating with trainers & external facilitator relate to learning support, issue, & class preparation
• Class reporting before & after running classes

Requirements and qualifications

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are :

• Willing to work in shift hours day or night
• Bachelor degree in education, or related field
• Having an experience in course operations & course productions is preferable. Freshgraduates are welcome
• Confident, articulate and clear communication skills (verbal and written)
• Having Ability to work in a team and independently to a high standard without constant supervision and ensure deadlines are met

Starting from these thoughts, we decided to run an edutech company since 2015, formerly known as Squline, and based in Jakarta. CAKAP offers a solution for everyone who wants to speak other languages and learn more about different cultures. We reinvent language learning experience by providing an online platform for students and teachers; the idea is for you to study anywhere and everywhere.
