Job Responsibility Group Leader Credit Card (Delta Mas):

Job Descriptions:

• Manage service counter operation and card recruiting booth inside the mall
• Prepare a schedule of promoters and educate them as well as monitoring the productivity of promoters in term of target achievement
• Achieve AEON Card acquisition target to increase new customer and AEON card sales at Delta Mas Area
• Maintain good relationship with AEON Indonesia and AEON Mall

Requirement:

• Age 25 - 35 years old
• Minimal Bachelor/Diploma degree with any major background of education
• Good in English both oral and written
• Experience in Sales with a similar role for a minimum of 3 years, working in Banking Industry, Multifinance, or Retail will be an advantages
• Strong in team monitoring, scheduling, and handling direct sales acquisition activities
• Strong in leadership, team leading, sales, and direct sales
• Strong in negotiation and communication skill with merchant and vendors
