Job Responsibility PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT:

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree from any Major
• Have a relavant experience at least 4 years in the same field
• Having experience with Learning Management System
• Have a knowledge related to marketing or finance companies is preferred
• Have the ability to be a trainer
• Strong Communication & Coordination Skill

Job Description:

• Updating of training materials from the relevant departments and/or according to the applicable SE
• Monitoring of employees in the business and collection departments
• Review and evaluate individual development needs
• Develop and implement various learning methods
• Evaluate the success of development plans
• Make collaboration with internal learning unit
• Design training program curriculum
