Job Responsibility Reporting Staff (Outsource):

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Create test report for daily routine sample submission of Soft Line / Toys, Juvenile Product Laboratory
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving the result of testing (work order) from laboratory
• Put all information in job file using unique no.
• Drafting test report of test result from the laboratory base on report template of buyer or general specification
• Check the completeness of the information related to testing such as: Application form, conformance testing base on the requested application.
• Enter data from the laboratory result
• Reviewing the input data result
• Print test result to be given to supervisors for review
• Submitting test result report to customer services in softcopy (already scanned)

PROFILE

• S1 Graduate, Academy or equivalent in Textile or similar
• Major High School (SMK) with minimum 3 years of experience

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Can Speak English at least passive
• Able to operate computer (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc)
• Able to work together as a team
• Willing to be outsourced
