Job Responsibility Supervisor Store Yogyakarta:

• Responsible on the day to day operation of store
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist other store employees with their work
• Check the products before the opening and closing of the store
• Responsibilities for achieve sales and improve team
• Managing commercial and operational aspects in stores/assigned floor to achieve sales target
• Completes store operational requirements by schedulling and assigning employees
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, from any major
• Having experience minimum 2 years in Supervisory or Managerial role, in retail industry or retail fashion will be an advantage
• Willing to work under shifting schedule including weekend and public holiday (6 days work, 1 day off)
• Good communication in English
• High energy, possess good customer service and drive in achieving sales target
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability maintaining team
• Interested in fashion or lifestyle brand
• Good communication skill
