Dear Me Beauty is a local Indonesian beauty brand which focuses on skincare and makeup products. Dear Me Beauty also have collaborated with a lots of unique brands. Our products are also safe to use and Halal certified.

We are looking for Event Activation Staff with qualifications as below:

Qualifications:

1. Minimal a Bachelor Degree graduate
2. Has experience in handling events for at least 1 year
3. Willing to work and travel on weekend and holiday
4. Great and effective coordination skills
5. Problem solving skills to act quickly in resolving problems that might occur during events
6. Interest in beauty industry will be a plus

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible in handling event requirements and preparation process all according to event timeline.
2. Ensure event timeline and budget are according to plan.
3. Maintain event facilities such as booth, product stocks, EDC machine, and other events equipment supplies.
4. Coordinating with internal and external parties to complete event preparation.
5. Provide event support from setting up to closing during event day.
6. Perform event administration, documenting, and reporting
