Job Description

• Coordinating with Cross-functional team to request project / Division requirements
• Checking & confirming the validity of content upload asset to lead or crossfunction division
• Handling end-to-end course asset readiness for uploading to the LMS
• Uploading the content asset to Cakap's platform
• Making sure the uploaded course on Cakap's platform has no error (misspell, error setting, etc)
• Solving issue or complaint related to courses in LMS
• Handling and supporting Class Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Education or equivalent
• Having at least six months of experience handling a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Having high-level accuracy and attention to detail.
• Well organized and able to multitask.
• Being able to work with tight deadlines.
• Having knowledge and familiar with LMS (Learning Management System)
• Willing to work in shift hours (day or night)
• Having Ability to work in a team and independently to a high standard without constant supervision and ensure deadlines are met

CAKAP offers a solution for everyone who wants to speak other languages and learn more about different cultures. We reinvent language learning experience by providing an online platform for students and teachers; the idea is for you to study anywhere and everywhere.
